There is currently no cure for dementia . We need to change this as soon as possible and can only do it through research and supporting fundraising to help the valuable work that the Alzheimer's Society does. Whilst, unfortunately this will not help Annette we know she would want us to try and halt this disease for the benefit of future generations. The Alzheimer's Society undertakes crucial work trying to find a cure for this devastating disease, to try to transform the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day they find a cure, their mission is to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
